ACRO WEEKEND with Tudor & Lena

This workshop offers L-basing and standing acro tricks for various skill levels.

L-Basing:
Explore tricks for beginners and intermediates, focusing on safe basing techniques.

Standing Tricks:
We offer basic hand-to-hand techniques for beginners and challenge experienced participants with advanced sequences and lifts.

All levels are welcome, regardless of your previous Acro experience as a base or flyer.

This event is for anyone wanting to improve their Acro skills and/or learn standing tricks. There will be different tricks, both L-basing and also standing. No partner is needed.

Ablauf:

SATURDAY:

10am – arrival

10:30 – welcome circle
11-1pm – L basing Workshop

1-3pm – lunch break

3-5pm – standing workshop
5-6pm – jam and snack break
6-7pm – flying therapeutics

7-10:30pm – dinner time, bouldering, jam, sauna

11pm-8am – quiet time

SUNDAY:

9-10am – Yoga and Handstands

10-11am – Breakfast

11-1pm – standing workshop

1-2pm – lunch break

2-3:30 – Thai massage workshop
3:30-4pm – closing circle

Prices

Including all workshops, optional accommodation with a sleeping bag in the course room, bouldering, and sauna.

Excluding meals, there is a Lidl nearby in case you want to buy something on Saturday. For dinner, there is a small menu with hot dishes, such as a vegan chickpea stew, at Stuntwerk.

Tudor:

Tudor Sirbu, a certified Acrobatics teacher and Strength and Conditioning Coach with over a decade of experience, embarked on his AcroYoga journey in London in 2014.

Since then, he has refined his skills through intensive training with top instructors worldwide, developing his unique „Training for Acro“ method. Passionate about sharing his expertise, Tudor conducts workshops globally, fostering growth within the AcroYoga community.

He moved to Portugal in 2020 and continued with his mission, organising and taking part in different events around the world and supporting the local Acro communities.

Beyond in-person teaching, Tudor’s dedication extends to online personal training, where he continues to inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals, enriching lives with his infectious energy and expertise.

Lena Graf:

Als Jugendliche war ich leidenschaftliche Voltigiererin. Mit meinen 8 Teammitgliedern habe ich akrobatische Übungen auf dem Pferderücken ausgeübt.

Irgendwann hat sich die Gruppe aufgelöst und ich dachte ich werde nie wieder eine gleichbedeutende Sportart finden. Bis mir AkrobatikYoga begegnet ist. Seit ich 18 bin mache ich Yoga, aber erst dieser partnerschaftliche, akrobatische Yogastil hat mich so sehr gepackt, dass ich unbedingt AkrobatikYoga Lehrerin werden wollte. Nach 5 Jahre der Selbstpraxis, machte ich die Ausbildung bei „AcroYoga international“ (acroyoga.org).

Ein besonders wichtiger Teil des AcroYogas ist für mich der Therapeutische. So biete ich auch Thai Yoga Massage Workshops und Massagen an. Die uralte Tradition und Philosophie des Yogas faszinieren mich immer wieder aufs Neue.
